Job summary

Zions Bank in Midvale, Utah is seeking an Assistant Relationship Officer to analyze financial data, review loan documents, and underwrite credits for customers. You will communicate with clients and collaborate with relationship managers to support loan presentations.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in loan processing, credit analysis, or related work; strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and proficiency with MS Office and credit analysis tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and some experience in loan processes, credit analysis, or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of credit concepts and loan types.
• Ability to meet deadlines, audit documentation and solve problems.
• Ability to make recommendations to officers.
• Strong communication, customer service and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and credit analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, investigate, gather and present financial data, tax information and credit documentation for creditworthiness.
• Review and initiate loan documents for policy compliance and regulatory alignment.
• Place calls to clients to better underwrite credits.
• Assist with collections and customer problem resolution.
• Collaborate with relationship and portfolio managers on credit reviews and loan presentations.
• Provide customer service on behalf of loan officers and team leaders.
• Disburse funds and support portfolio maintenance.
