As Service Delivery – Order to Cash Staff, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process for a dedicated portfolio of customers.

This role offers you the opportunity to lead key activities that will progress your career. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining excellent relations with customers and vendors, ensuring timely payments for receivables and obligations
• Resolving customer queries
• Performing internal reporting for finance stakeholders
• Conducting regular financial risk assessments of strategic partners in dedicated markets
• Supporting master data management and cash application structures
