As Service Delivery – Order to Cash Staff, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process for a dedicated portfolio of customers.

This role offers you the opportunity to lead key activities and advance your career. Your responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining excellent relations with our customers and vendors, ensuring timely payments for receivables and obligations.
2. Helping resolve customer queries.
3. Performing internal reporting for our finance stakeholders.
4. Conducting regular financial risk assessment reviews of our strategic partners in designated markets.
5. Supporting master data management and cash application structures.
