Junior Creative – Graphic Designer/Writer (Full-Time, Remote)

Identity Dental Marketing

We are seeking a talented and versatile Junior Creative graphic designer/writer to join our team on a full-time remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling and visually appealing content for our clients’ social media platforms, websites, and ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, excellent writing skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing eye-catching graphics and visuals for social media posts, websites, banners, and ad campaigns
• Collaborating with our marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with our clients’ brand identities and objectives
• Writing engaging and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including social media captions, blog posts, and ad copy
• Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent, and optimized for maximum engagement and conversion
• Conducting research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Assisting with other design and writing tasks as needed to support the overall marketing efforts of the agency

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of graphic design experience, preferably in digital marketing or advertising agency
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing principles, and SEO best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Reliable internet connection and access to necessary software/tools for remote work
• Willingness to complete any tasks, audits, and reports needed
• Clear and effective communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in copywriting and content marketing
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and its application in digital marketing strategies

Working Hours: This is a fully remote, full-time position from 9 am to 5 pm Eastern. The applicant is required to have high-speed internet and provide their own workspace.
