Qualifications

• Recent US university graduate (Fall 2026 or Winter/Spring 2027) seeking a career in CRE sales/leasing.
• Willing to obtain real estate license within six months of joining Colliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanding business opportunities in commercial real estate sectors through prospecting and networking.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Investment Sales, and Debt Financing teams across product lines.
• Maintain and leverage client relationships with top-tier clients to drive revenue growth.
• Attend industry events and client meetings to learn the local market.
