Responsibilities

Partner with Senior and VP level brokers to drive deals to the finish line.
Execute a personalized business plan in the commercial real estate industry.
Research SIG's active inventory and contact/pitch properties to potential buyers.
Gain hands-on experience in the full CRE sales cycle.
Use proprietary and industry systems to find property owners, research competitors, and identify new leads.
Update and maintain company CRM/shared database.
Participate in team huddles, office meetings and weekly pipeline reviews.
Participate in the 12-week training program and off-site training retreats.
