Job summary

A24 seeks a Junior Counsel to join the Business and Legal Affairs team in Los Angeles or New York. This role focuses on licensing and distribution of feature films and related content across FVOD/AVOD, SVOD, TVOD, EST, and FAST, with exposure to premium pay TV and cable.

Qualifications

• J.D. with strong academic performance and NY or CA bar.
• 4+ years in transactional film law, in-house or law firm.
• Deep knowledge of digital home entertainment distribution models.

Responsibilities

• Develop deal structures and negotiate licensing agreements for home entertainment across FVOD/AVOD, SVOD, TVOD, EST, and FAST.
• Analyze terms on rights, exclusivity, license periods, territories, and financials.
• Create and maintain templates, contract management, and precedent-tracking systems.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate deal strategy.
