A24 is seeking an attorney to join our Business & Legal Affairs team to support our growing scripted TV businesses, focusing on dealmaking across development and production. The role requires an entrepreneurial problem-solver with strong drafting and negotiation skills.

You will structure and negotiate high-volume deals, oversee productions with cross-functional teams, and advise executives on strategy and risk.

Formación

• 5+ years of transactional experience in television development and production.
• Strong knowledge of dealmaking, industry practices and IP rights.
• Experience with guild and union contracts and related IP law.
• Excellent writing, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Structure, draft and negotiate a high volume of above-the-line TV development and production deals.
• Oversee and manage scripted TV productions with cross-functional teams and external counsel.
• Oversee junior counsel in drafting short form paperwork.
• Negotiate longform license and co-production agreements with networks.
• Serve as a business liaison with talent agencies, attorneys, and network executives.
• Advise executives on deal strategies and complex legal issues.
