Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Active Washington, DC bar license is required.
• Entry-level attorneys welcome; 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist tribal governments, businesses, and organizations on governance and commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and other legal documents.
• Support business transactions, regulatory matters, and outside general counsel services.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop practical solutions for complex matters.
• Work closely with teams to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.
