The Opportunity

A leading national law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its Baltimore office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior transactional attorney looking to develop a broad corporate practice rather than becoming restricted to one narrow transaction type.

The successful attorney will advise businesses, investors and financial institutions across corporate and commercial transactions, with particular exposure to acquisitions, debt and equity financings and restructuring matters.

The Role

The attorney will work across matters including:

• Mergers and acquisitions.
• Asset and stock acquisitions and dispositions.
• Debt financing transactions.
• Equity financings.
• Loan restructurings.
• Corporate governance.
• Entity formation and restructuring.
• Commercial agreements.
• Purchase and sale agreements.
• Transaction signing and closing processes.
• General corporate counseling.
• Advising public and privately held businesses.

The Candidate
