Qualifications

• At least 2 years of corporate and commercial transactional experience.
• Experience with M&A or acquisitions.
• Exposure to debt and/or equity finance.
• Experience with loan restructuring would be advantageous.
• Strong transactional drafting skills.
• Excellent writing and analytical ability.
• Strong commercial judgment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence interacting directly with clients.

• Mergers and acquisitions.
• Asset and stock acquisitions and dispositions.
• Debt financing transactions.
• Equity financings.
• Loan restructurings.
