Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
• Valid Food Handler Certification as required by state and city regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, execute daily prep tasks, and organize your workstation efficiently.
• Prepare and store all food items required for your station, adhering to Invited's standards.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and presentation of daily specials, salads, and entrees.
• Receive and store goods as requested by kitchen.
• Manage items used by others (condiments, dressings, soups).
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and kitchen.
• Communicate with Executive/Sous Chef regarding product needs or issues.
• Interact professionally with members and guests; accommodate changes as needed.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment; assist with service recovery.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
