Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Junior Contracts Manager

Position type: Full-time, Contract

Duration: 12 months, with possible extension

Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid 3 days in the office : Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office and remote Monday and Friday.)

Shift: 1St with flexible hours and core hours from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. ET.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with the Director, Legal, Contracts and Compliance of AGS, the Contract Manager will be responsible for all contracts and compliance activities related to airlines and aviation customers.
• Responsibilities include contract management support of the existing airlines under contract as well as the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts with airline operators, aircraft manufacturers, and aviation service providers.
• This role is critical in ensuring contractual excellence, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction while aligning with strategic growth in the Americas aviation market.
• Lead the development, structure and negotiation of contractual documents with airlines in the Americas Region, MRO providers, and U.S. government agencies (e.g., DoD).
• Support the Procurement function in their negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Draft, review & redline commercial contracts (sales, maintenance services, purchase, lease, non-disclosure, software and tech pub licensing, other business agreements and related amendments)
• Act as the primary point of contact for airline customers during contract discussions, clarifying technical, commercial, and legal terms.
• Support bid and account management teams in RFP/RFQ responses by assisting with the review and response & providing contractual input and risk assessments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in law, Juris Doctor, equivalent foreign law degree, master's degree, or MBA
• At least 3 years of experience in contract management
• Contract management change and transformation
• Compliance, standards, and regulations
• Contract law and drafting
• Contractual risk and opportunity management
• Experience in aviation, aerospace, or a similar industry is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with aviation/aerospace industry and terminology is desirable.
• Foreign language(s), speaking and writing skills a plus.
• French or Spanish language is a plus.

Contract Type and Work Arrangements

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: $38.00 to $43.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
