• Experience documenting processes, workflows, and SOPs.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
• Proficiency with Excel (formulas, PivotTables, data validation).
• Familiarity with Visio/Lucidchart for process diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Contract to Billing process improvements.
• Document current state processes and design future state workflows.
• Create process maps, diagrams, SOPs, and RACI matrices.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist with system migrations, testing, and implementation readiness.
