Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Junior Contract Recruiter to support an aerospace client in Georgia. This long-term temporary role requires 1–3 years of high-volume recruitment for hourly production and a monthly onsite visit to Midland, GA.

You will manage full lifecycle recruiting for permanent hourly roles, collaborate with hiring managers, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and participate in interviews. The position offers strong work-life balance and a largely work-from-home setup.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of high-volume recruitment for hourly production/manufacturing roles.
• Must be able to go onsite to Midland, GA at least once per month.
• High School diploma or GED required.

What’s a typical day as a Junior Contract Recruiter? You’ll be:

• Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for permanent hourly production/light industrial roles
• Responsible for partnering with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, developing effective sourcing strategies, prescreening prospective candidates, submitting resumes to hiring managers, participating in interviews with hiring managers, and coordinating logistics for interviews, compensation negotiations, etc.
• Responsible for managing the candidate review and selection process to ensure it moves forward in a timely manner
• Representing the company at onsite job fairs and other hiring events as needed
