Job summary

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Junior Contract Recruiter to support a global aerospace client. This long-term temporary role lasts at least 1 year and may extend up to 5 years.

The position is primarily work-from-home with monthly onsite visits in Asheville, NC. You will own full lifecycle recruitment for hourly production roles, partnering with hiring managers to craft job descriptions, source candidates, prescreen, and coordinate interviews and negotiations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of high-volume recruitment for hourly production roles.
• Must be able to go onsite to Asheville, NC at least once per month.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle recruiting for permanent hourly production roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies; prescreen candidates; submit resumes; participate in interviews; coordinate logistics.
• Manage candidate review and selection to keep process moving.
• Represent the company at onsite job fairs and other hiring events as needed.

Junior Contract Recruiter Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1-3 years of high-volume recruitment experience for hourly production/manufacturing positions
• Must be able to go onsite to Asheville, NC at least once per month
• Must have a High School diploma/GED

What’s a typical day as a Junior Contract Recruiter? You’ll be:

• Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for permanent hourly production/light industrial roles
• Responsible for partnering with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, developing effective sourcing strategies, prescreening prospective candidates, submitting resumes to hiring managers, participating in interviews with hiring managers, and coordinating logistics for interviews, compensation negotiations, etc.
• Responsible for managing the candidate review and selection process to ensure it moves forward in a timely manner
• Representing the company at onsite job fairs and other hiring events as needed
