4-year college degree in engineering or business management is required.

Knowledge of project management fundamentals is expected.
Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.

Responsibilities

Assist with estimates and proposals for site specific projects and master service agreements.
Review project plans and specifications and coordinate with the project team to confirm complete scope.
Participate in customer pre-bid meetings (in-person or virtual).
Identify risk issues and their order of magnitude.
Solicit subcontractor and/or supplier information and pricing.
Build relationships with customers, design team, contractors, suppliers and user groups.
Assist with contract negotiation and subcontractor management.
Manage and support emergency and storm restoration events.
