Job summary

ITC Defense in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Junior Contract Administration & Capture Analyst to support MAC, IDIQ, and GWAC contracts and assist federal capture initiatives.

Responsibilities include contract data management, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and government points of contact; strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS compliance and proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Two years of government contract administration or similar environment experience.
• Experience supporting MACs, IDIQs, GWACs, and related contracts including task orders and reporting.
• Experience obtaining and maintaining user/system access to federal platforms such as ORBIT, FedConnect, GovWin IQ, SAM.gov.
• Experience researching government contracting opportunities and supporting capture pipelines.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint (document libraries, workflows).
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF tools for professional submissions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and with senior leadership under time-sensitive deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day contract administration for MACs, IDIQs, GWACs, and task orders.
• Administer contract data, reporting, deadlines, and deliverables in system records.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support contract execution and obligations.
• Track status, action items, and communicate priorities to stakeholders.
• Support market research, capture planning, and proposal development activities.
