Job summary

ITC Digital Solutions in McLean, VA is seeking a Government Financial and Contract Analyst to support U.S. Federal Government clients.

You will collaborate with finance, operations, program management and business development teams to assess needs, improve processes, and ensure compliance with government and defense era requirements. You will gather requirements, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership, highlighting findings and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a government security clearance requiring U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years as a Contracts or Business Analyst with defense/military contracting.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and PM software (MS Project, Jira).
• Understanding of financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project milestones and effective communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Gather requirements, scope contracts, identify process gaps, and ensure alignment with defense regulations (FAR/DFARS).
• Analyze data to provide insights on progress, costs, and resource allocation.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership with actionable recommendations.
• Assess workflows and processes to drive efficiency and cost reduction.
• Oversee contract documentation for compliance and monitor deliverables, deadlines and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring alignment with strategic, financial and compliance objectives.
• Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration to work with government agencies.
