ITC Digital Solutions is seeking a Government Financial and Contract Analyst to support U.S. Federal Government clients in McLean, VA.

This role requires strong collaboration across finance, operations, program management and business development to assess needs and ensure compliance with government and defense requirements. You will work with FAR/DFARS knowledge, prepare detailed reports for senior leadership, track milestones, manage budgets, and drive process improvements while coordinating

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Contracts or Business Analyst with defense contracting.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and project management software (MS Project, Jira).
• Understanding of financial modeling, cost‑benefit analysis, and process mapping.
• Ability to obtain a Government security clearance that requires U.S. citizenship.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance, operations, program management and external clients to ensure timely project milestones and serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
• Gather requirements and define scope for projects and contracts, leveraging defense contracting expertise to ensure FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights on progress, cost-benefit analyses, and resource allocation.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership with actionable recommendations.
• Assess current workflows and processes to suggest improvements that reduce costs and boost efficiency.
• Oversee contract documentation, monitor deliverables, deadlines, and budgets, and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to align projects with strategic and compliance objectives.
