Job summary

McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. seeks a Scheduler to assist project teams in developing, tracking and updating schedules from inception to completion of commercial construction projects in the region.

You will work with the Scheduler to enhance overall business flow, communicate with field staff, subs, and clients, and apply EVMS to monitor performance and cash flow projections. Strong Primavera P6 skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• 0-2+ years experience in construction scheduling is preferred.
• Good organization and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update project schedules from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with field staff and subcontractors for baseline and updates.
• Identify schedule risks and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Apply EVMS principles to create WBS and monitor performance.
• Use Primavera P6 to document progress and generate reports.
• Forecast variances and assist in cash flow projections.
