Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Scheduler 1 to prepare and maintain project schedules. The role includes visiting job sites to review status, drafting and updating schedules, and supporting training in scheduling best practices.

The position supports the project team and aligns with JE Dunn’s strategy and values. The candidate should have 0-2 years of scheduling experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Normal office duties with site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years scheduling experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews to ensure best practices and communicates comments.
• Participates in all phases of scheduling including baseline and updates.
• Utilizes JE Dunn scheduling software and supports training.
• Visits job sites regularly to review status and update schedules.
