ARCO National Holdings in St. Louis, MO is seeking an entry-level Project Manager to support construction projects. You will handle managerial and administrative tasks, build estimates, schedule work, review designs, and assist with proposals.

You will work with owners and design teams, oversee subcontractor buyouts, conduct site meetings, and help ensure quality and safety while meeting deadlines. A bachelor’s in engineering or construction management is required; 0–3 years PM experience is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.
• 0-3 years project management experience with a general contractor preferred but not required.
• Experience running ground-up projects in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, or lab/pharma facilities.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage estimates, scheduling, quality control, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate design reviews and cost reporting.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout and site coordination.
• Participate in proposal meetings and value engineering discussions.
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings and ensure safety compliance.
