Job summary

ARCO National Holdings in Riverside, MO is seeking an Entry Level Project Manager, Construction to support ground-up projects in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing sectors. You will assist with estimating, scheduling, quality control, and coordination with owners and design teams to develop concepts and manage buyouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 0-3 years project management experience with a general contractor preferred.
• Experience running ground-up projects, warehouse/distribution/manufacturing/pharma spaces preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle managerial and administrative aspects: estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports.
• Support design reviews, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.
• Coordinate with owners and design teams to develop preliminary concepts.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope and pursue value engineering ideas.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selections; conduct site meetings.
