Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field is required.
• 0–3 years project management experience; general contractor experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience running ground-up projects in warehouses, distribution, manufacturing, or labs is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Handle managerial and administrative aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing and design coordination.
• Develop accurate project estimates in collaboration with owners and design team.
• Lead proposal meetings with owners to review scope, reduce costs and suggest value engineering ideas.
• Oversee buyout and subcontractor selection; conduct bi-weekly job site meetings.
• Organize, plan and manage multiple activities to meet targets while ensuring safety and quality.
