ARCO Companies in Framingham, MA is seeking an entry level Project Manager to support construction projects from inception through closeout. You will assist in estimating, scheduling, and coordinating with owners and design teams to develop concepts and value engineering ideas.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management and 0–3 years of PM experience with a general contractor. On-site work with strong teamwork and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.
• 0-3 years project management experience with a general contractor preferred but not required.
• Experience running ground-up projects in warehouses, distribution, manufacturing or labs/pharma facilities preferred.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage managerial and administrative aspects of a project, including estimating and scheduling.
• Coordinate with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Oversee the buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Lead bi-weekly job site meetings and ensure safety and quality.
