Job summary

ARCO National Holdings in Richmond Heights, MO, seeks an Entry Level Project Manager, Construction. The role covers estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, design coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation while developing preliminary concept drawings with the design team.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field and 0–3 years of PM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.
• 0-3 years project management experience with a general contractor preferred but not required.
• Experience running ground-up projects in warehouses, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage or lab/pharma facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate.
• Work with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, discuss cost-saving ideas and value engineering.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings.
• Organize, plan and manage multiple activities to achieve results.
• Commit to quality by evaluating project-related processes and improvements.
