Responsibilities

As a Junior Project Manager at STAVBA Group Inc, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Planning and Initiation: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements. Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Project Execution: Lead cross-functional project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulations.
  • Budget and Cost Management: Track project expenses and manage budgets to ensure financial goals are met. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project profitability.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns. Foster strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and materials. Enforce compliance with industry regulations and quality assurance guidelines.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to maximize team productivity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations in both the US and Europe.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
