Phoenix Investors seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee new construction, renovations, and CapEx projects. You will monitor field performance to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and budget alignment, with emphasis on cost estimation and adaptive reuse of industrial properties.

Responsibilities include coordinating with design teams, inspections, and tenant requirements while safeguarding project scope and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial/industrial construction
• Ability to manage cost estimates and budgets
• Experience with adaptive reuse of buildings

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial/industrial construction cost estimation.
• Provide preliminary cost estimates during planning and track changes in pre-construction.
• Estimate building shells based on standards or tenant requirements.
• Utilize local contractor information and historical data for estimates.
• Assist the project superintendent with inspections scheduling.
• Assist design team to schedule and obtain a Certificate of Occupancy when landlord responsibilities apply.
• Develop and monitor schedules spanning design, pre-construction, construction and tenant deliveries.
• Support adaptive reuse of commercial/industrial buildings.
• Evaluate methods and materials to protect design integrity and tenant needs.
