Phoenix Investors is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of commercial/industrial construction, including new builds, renovations, and CapEx projects in Milwaukee, WI. The role requires evaluating field performance, ensuring quality deliverables, and maintaining budget adherence.

Responsibilities include estimating costs, scheduling, coordinating permits, and assisting with value engineering to maximize efficiency and protect design integrity.

Qualifications

5 years of project management experience
Experience in adaptive re-use of commercial industrial buildings
Experience with commercial/industrial construction cost estimation

Responsibilities

Oversee construction activities for new, renovated, and CapEx projects
Guide day-to-day field staff to meet company standards, policies and schedules
Assist in value engineering to optimize cost and design integrity
Provide preliminary and ongoing cost estimates during planning and pre-construction
Coordinate permitting, inspections, and occupancy certificates as needed
Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality to ensure on-time, within-budget deliverables
