Job summary

Prevail Recruiting is representing a well-established commercial builder in Phoenix, seeking a seasoned Commercial Construction Project Manager. You will own TI projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with owners, architects, subcontractors, and executives to deliver high‑quality renovations.

The role handles projects from $3M to $50M, requires 5+ years of general contracting PM experience, and offers a base salary of $120k–$150k plus an annual bonus.

Qualifications

5+ years of full-charge PM experience with a Commercial General Contractor.
Experience managing TI/renovation/build-out projects.
Experience from preconstruction through final turnover.
Strong owner/architect/subcontractor/client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple TI and renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality across all phases of construction.
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and property management.
Develop and maintain project schedules and identify critical path.
Oversee safety, quality, and reporting.
Mentor project teams and support estimating.
