Job summary

Ironmark Building Co. is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead multiple projects in the Phoenix area. You will direct the project team, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain key client relationships to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a hands-on approach to design-build projects, with a focus on safety and quality across multi-family, hospitality, and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in construction management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience on commercial construction projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and client relation skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Timberline, Sage and OST tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams from budgeting through closeout.
• Interface with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Oversee change orders and ensure financial health.
• Mentor project engineers and interns.
• Prepare status reports and project documentation.
