Job summary

Shea Homes seeks motivated individuals to present and sell homes, delivering an evangelical investment experience through outstanding service. You will train for six months with a mentor, aiming to be selling within six months and completing purchase agreements with accuracy.

You will manage lead data, maintain relationships in the broker community, and participate in daily sales activities to achieve community goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service environments.
• Able to present information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong time management and follow-up abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train with a mentor to reach full sales capacity within six months.
• Present purchase and sale agreements accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with sales and closing teams to deliver the Trilogy Experience.
• Maintain lead data and generate referral opportunities.
• Attend daily/weekly sales meetings and events to drive sales.
