Qualifications

• 2-4 years in completing new home sales transactions.
• Strong product knowledge.
• Exceptional organizational, verbal and written communications, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Promote customer sales and advise on products choosing
• Coordinate with sales/marketing, construction, customer service, design center, mortgage, escrow and other teams
• Explain the various sales documents and attachments to customers
• Work with lender to ensure escrow process is smooth
• Maintain relationships with realtor community and ensure timely client follow-up
