Job summary

The Misch Group in New Jersey is seeking a motivated Junior Commercial Lines Account Manager / CSR to support our commercial lines team in Metuchen, NJ. This early-career role focuses on servicing accounts, processing endorsements, renewals, and certificates, while learning with a collaborative agency.

You will work closely with carriers and clients, maintain records, and participate in audits. A NJ P&C license is preferred, AMS360 experience helpful, and a hybrid work option may be available

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of commercial lines account management and/or CSR experience.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Clear communication and client-service mindset.
• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple priorities.
• NJ P&C license preferred; licensing readiness acceptable for the right junior candidate.
• AMS360 experience preferred.
• Transportation, heavy construction, or inland marine exposure is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Junior Commercial Lines Account Manager / Commercial Lines CSR

We are seeking a motivated Junior Commercial Lines Account Manager / Commercial Lines CSR to support our commercial lines team in Metuchen, NJ. This role is ideal for an early-career insurance professional who has some commercial lines service experience and is looking to grow within a stable, client-focused agency environment.

In this role, you will assist with the daily servicing of commercial accounts, including policy changes, endorsements, renewals, certificates of insurance, routine client communication, and internal follow-up with carriers and team members. You will be part of a collaborative agency team that values accuracy, responsiveness, and strong customer service.

• Potential for 1 hybrid day per week after a 60-90 day probation period, subject to performance and business needs

Compensation

• Base salary: $60,000-$70,000
• Target hiring sweet spot: Around $65,000
• Top end for standout junior hire: Up to $72,000
• Bonus potential: Year-end and/or discretionary bonus is market-aligned
