Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support day-to-day management of middle-market and large accounts. You will assist with renewal coordination, maintain policy and client records, and deliver responsive, high-quality service to clients and colleagues.

This role requires accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to follow established processes under guidance from a senior team member. A Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to follow a well-established and familiar set of activities and/or processes to derive a solution.
• Sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure effective, timely, and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Summarize current programs and expiring exposures.
• Draft proposals and stewardship reports using templates and system letters with guidance from an Account Manager or Account Executive.
• Create premium billing allocations and review carrier invoices.
• Coordinate and finalize policy and endorsement checks; review coverages for differences.
• Coordinate audits and resolve audit disputes.
• Document and process cancellations and non-renewals.
• Possibly order loss runs, generate proofs and endorsements and audit review.
