Job summary

World Insurance Associates is hiring an Associate Account Manager to support day-to-day management of middle-market and large accounts. You will assist with routine service activities, renewal coordination, and maintenance of policy records, delivering responsive service to clients and internal teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and collaboration with senior staff to ensure client satisfaction and account retention.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty.
• Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Summarize loss history and summarize current programs and expiring exposures.
• Draft proposals, stewardship reports, and other presentations for large and complex clients under guidance.
• Create premium billing allocations and review carrier invoices.
• Coordinate and finalize policy and endorsement checks; review coverages for differences.
• Coordinate audits and resolve audit disputes.
• Document and process cancellations and non-renewals.
