Job summary

Taylor Root is seeking a Litigation Associate for a commercial litigation opportunity in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of litigation experience and is admitted to practice in North Carolina, with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

You will independently handle all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial preparation, conduct legal research and writing, draft motions and discovery responses, attend depositions and hearings, and contribute to a collegial,
