Job summary

Responsibilities include evaluating borrower creditworthiness, collecting financials, and recommending loan structures. Requires Bachelor's degree and 2+ years experience; proficient with Excel and credit systems. Travel occasional; evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Two or more years of relevant commercial credit, lending, accounting, audit, or finance experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze routine commercial credits, write clear recommendations, use Excel and credit systems, and apply Bank policy.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and independently analyze new loans, renewals, modifications, and extensions within size, risk, and complexity limits.
• Evaluate borrower creditworthiness, repayment sources, management experience, industry risks, guarantor support, and related-party exposure.
• Collect, spread, and analyze financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, DSCR, leverage, liquidity, trends, collateral, and repayment sources.
• Prepare credit memoranda and recommend loan structure, covenants, risk ratings, and mitigants for risks and policy exceptions.
