• Researches available data and summarizes industry and borrower trends to inform lending decisions.
• Develops a knowledge program in banking matters, compliance, credit analysis, and procedures.
• Collaborates with the manager on group-wide initiatives for process and output improvements.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Upholds risk management and regulatory compliance in all activities.
