Job summary

Persona is seeking a junior Associate Commercial Counsel to support commercial matters in its San Francisco office. You will manage and negotiate vendor and sales contracts, draft form agreements, and advise the Post-Sales team on customer issues.

Responsibility includes collaborating with sales and policy teams and maintaining internal contracts in a fast-growing identity platform environment. Required are a JD and bar membership, 2-4 years of relevant experience, strong drafting and

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house environment.
• Experience with commercial negotiation and drafting.
• Knowledge of state and international privacy laws (CCPA/GDPR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs and sales agreements.
• Work with sales team to finalize negotiations while protecting the company.
• Negotiate vendor agreements and maintain form agreements.
• Provide post-sales advice on customer issues.
• Assist with internal policies and processes as needed.
