Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent training in Machine Tool Technology, Precision Machining, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
• Completion of vocational/technical/military/ trade program related to machining or manufacturing.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, machining, fabrication, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC equipment (milling, lathes, VTLs, HBMs) per instructions.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and CNC programs; follow procedures.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools; record data accurately.
• Support process improvements and safety initiatives.
• Cross-train on multiple machining centers and product lines.
