Job summary

Industrious Group seeks a CNC Machinist II to set up, program, operate, and maintain CNC machines for precision turbine components. You will interpret engineering drawings, select tooling, and ensure parts meet quality and safety standards.

Collaboration with engineering and production teams ensures on-schedule delivery of high-quality turbine parts. The role emphasizes reading blueprints, editing CNC programs for VBM/HBM, and maintaining process efficiency while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Two to four years’ experience as a CNC Machinist
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret drawings
• Ability to edit CNC programs for VBM/HBM
• Knowledge of geometry and basic algebra

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines and load tooling
• Program and edit CNC code for VBM and HBM
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
