Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. is seeking an entry-level CNC Machinist to learn to fixture, set up, and operate CNC equipment while meeting quality and safety standards. You will gain hands-on training while measuring parts with precision tools and following work orders and drawings.

Preferred familiarity with HAAS machines and ERP systems; strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow work orders, blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Learn to operate CNC machines and set up proper work holding.
• Learn to edit programs and minor controller adjustments including basic G-code.
• Ability to measure and verify part dimensions using precision tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce machined parts by fixtureing, setting up, and operating CNC equipment.
• Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Support manufacturing with accurate documentation and reporting of progress.
• Inspect first-run and in-process parts and ensure conformance to specs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
