Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and follow work orders, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
• Ability to operate CNC machines and select/setup proper work holding.
• Willingness to learn program editing and minor controller adjustments, including basic G-code familiarity.
• Ability to measure and verify part dimensions using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, bore gages, height gages, indicators.
• Clear verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs while operating CNC equipment.
• Inspect first-run and in-process parts to meet quality standards.
• Report time, materials, and job progress in manufacturing systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Learn to read work orders, blueprints, and drawings.
