You will coordinate patient visits, data collection, and regulatory documentation under supervision, ensuring protocol adherence and quality data capture.

Experience with clinical research, strong organizational skills, and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical or science field.
• 1 year of clinical research experience.
• Licenses: BLS/CPR; CPR AED; ACRP or SOCRA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clinical research participants via phone, telehealth or in-person.
• Coordinate regulatory aspects of the trial per industry standards and policies.
• Schedule study procedures per protocol and manage data collection.
• Screen, recruit, enroll and follow subjects per protocol.
• Develop and manage study budgets and related billing activities.
• Review medical records for eligibility for trials.
• Monitor patient safety and ensure reporting per HRPP standards.
• Maintain subject-level documentation and data integrity.
