University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support multi-study trials. The role focuses on coordinating patient interactions, data collection, and protocol adherence across clinical and research environments.

Ideal candidates will have a background in medical or scientific fields, strong communication, and the ability to work within an interdisciplinary team, with a commitment to accurate data management and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in both clinical and research study settings.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct interaction with clinical research participants via phone, telehealth, or in-person.
• Coordinate regulatory information to comply with policies and requirements.
• Schedule study procedures per protocol and manage order sets.
• Assist PI with protocol deviations and option presentations within scope.
• Screen, recruit, enroll and follow subjects per protocol guidelines.
• Maintain data collection tools and CRFs as required.
• Assist in developing and implementing research studies and protocols.
• Maintain training and documentation for trial management systems.
