Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center seeks a clinical research coordinator to assist investigators in coordinating research projects. The role focuses on patient/participant coordination, data management, and regulatory compliance to support multiple studies.

You will interact with participants, schedule visits, and help develop data collection tools while ensuring safety and adherence to protocols. A strong background in clinical research is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in medical or science related field is required.
• At least 1 year of clinical research experience is required.
• May consider additional years of experience or advanced degree in lieu of education or experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient/participant interactions via telephone, telehealth, or in person.
• Manage regulatory information to comply with industry standards and policies.
• Schedule procedures as per protocol and assist PI with non-licensed oversight.
• Screen, recruit, enroll, and follow subjects per protocol guidelines.
• Develop and maintain study data collection tools and CRF forms.
• Assist in developing research protocols and budget considerations.
• Ensure patient safety and reporting per HRPP standards.
