Job summary

Massage Envy is seeking team members at our Charlotte location who excel in customer service and sales within a wellness-focused environment.

You will educate clients on services, help book appointments, and promote the Wellness Program while contributing to a friendly, professional atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma and retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills with ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and positive guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued.
• Promote Total Body Care by educating clients on services and wellness programs.
• Book services, upsell retail, and encourage homecare products per advisor recommendations.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling, answering calls and emails.

Qualified Candidates:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
