Qualifications

• 0–2 years in customer support or related role in fintech/financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Understanding of capital markets and investment concepts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Troubleshoot product/data issues and escalate as needed.
• Develop systems to monitor usage trends and customer health.
• Share customer feedback with product/marketing/engineering.
